Boma Brown was appointed as BelemaOil M.D on 1st January 2017. He has a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria and an M.BA from Erasmus University, Rotterdam, Netherlands.
His professional experience goes over 25 years in the Oil and Gas industry as he started his career with Seismograph Service Limited (SSL) as a Field Seismologist. Thereafter, he joined Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) in Nigeria as an Oil and Gas Engineer. While in Shell, he had various trainings, on the job exposure and leadership positons in Engineering, Production, Planning and Economics, Project Management, Technical Auditing and Asset Management.

Rosemary graduated with a B.Sc. Economics from the University of Port Harcourt in 1986. She began her career with Continental Merchant Bank shortly after where she grew professionally to Head of Treasury before she joined International Merchant Bank in 1991. By 1996, she completed her M.BA post graduate degree in Business Management from Cardiff Business School in the United Kingdom. By 2000, she was the Head of Energy Sector (ENSEC) in FSB International Bank where one of her many roles was to direct and manage foreign trade and cash for multinational Oil and Gas companies. By 2003, Rosemary integrated into First Bank of Nigeria, Port Harcourt, Nigeria, where she advanced to the Group Head of Retail Banking, South- South region and Port Harcourt by 2016.
She is currently an associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and an associate of the Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria (ICEN). In 2001, she completed an Oil, Gas and Power Project Finance with Euromoney Training and recently completed an Advanced Management program at the Lagos Business School.

Pedro is BelemaOil Producing Limited Executive Manager in Production and Operations with successful achievements at Oil and Gas companies in South America, West Africa and Middle East. With more than 30 year of proven successful experience leading organizations to meet business and financial targets and managing assets with operational and capital budgets. He is a certified Production Asset Manager for Oil and Gas production developments. He has a Chemical Engineering bachelor’s degree and later obtained a Project Management Master’s degree. He completed his graduate studies in Gas Processing and Certified Process Engineer and he is fluent in Spanish and English.
Other experiences include Managing Strategic Outsourcing, Negotiating contracts for outsourcing, Maintaining control of the process under outsourcing; Managing operations, engineering and maintenance organizations for oil and gas surface facilities, commissioning and start up of new process plants both large and small; managing the implementation of organizational cultural changes such as Process Safety Management (P.S.M), ISO-9000-2000, ISO-14.000, reliability centered maintenance (R.C.M.).

BA certified Maintenance and Reliability Engineer (SMRP), Chuks is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and a registered member of the International Society for Automation and Controls.
He is an expert in upstream oil and gas exploration and production as he has gained over three decades of experience between Aiteo Eastern E&P and Shell Petroleum Development Company, Nigeria. Furthermore, he spent many years in the cement industry with Benue Cement Company (BCC) focusing on Business Management and Cement technology. More so, he worked with Datamatics where he concentrated on marketing mini computers.

Dr. Sepribo Eugene Briggs has over 20 years working experience in the oil & gas industry, having worked previously for Shell Nigeria, Elf/Total in France, Statoil ASA and E.ON Rurhgas in Norway on different technical capacity from Geologist to Principal Exploration Geologist looking after Deepwater assets in Nigeria and Norway, new ventures and regional geological projects in Angola, Eastern Mediterranean (Israel, Lebanon & Cyprus), Illizi-Ghademes, Algeria, offshore Egypt and opportunities in the Egyptian part of the Red Sea. He was until recently, the Joint Ventures Assets Exploration Manager for Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd looking after exploration assets and a number of large gas discoveries in the Central Sarawak, offshore Malaysia.
Dr. Briggs holds a B.Sc. (Geology) from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka; an M.Sc. (Petroleum Geology & Exploration Geophysics) from the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria; an M.Sc/DEA from the Universite de Pau & Universite Paul Sabatier, Toulouse France and a Ph.D. in Geology from Cardiff University, U.K. specializing on deep-water fold and thrust belts of the Niger Delta.
